"Raised our insurance without so much as a courtesy call and tried to force us to get a new roof even though the roof was replaced 3 years ago. So I canceled on the 15th since the location is horrible at returning calls, getting answers to anything or fixing problems quickly. They wouldn't send the payment back to my escrow account so now I've been waiting more than 2 weeks for my return check to get back into my escrow account before my mortgage is raised. 2 weeks is ridiculous. No tracking number, nothing but attitude from the guy i talked to. Where is my check? Edited to add. Check arrived. Dated for 2 days after this post was made, so edited to add that she will lie to save face. Do not go through this woman. Farmers will treat you better"
