"I would advise against working with this particular agent. During the initial sales process, I received frequent calls—sometimes almost every hour—when they were eager to sell a policy. However, once I attempted to close the policy, communication became extremely difficult, with no responses for several days. I want to emphasize that my concern is not with State Farm as a company. I have previously worked with another State Farm agent and had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, this has not been the case with this agent. To ensure clarity, I am attaching a screenshot of a State Farm customer service interaction. I am sharing this so the response does not default to a generic statement from Julie claiming that I am not her customer, which would not address the issue at hand. Overall, my experience with this agent has been disappointing, and I hope this feedback highlights the need for improved professionalism and responsiveness."

"Being a customer over 13yrs they are the Most OVERPRICED Insurance I've ever had, Canceled my Auto Insurance and Renters on June 30th and have email to prove it yet they still illegally took out $431.56 from my Bank Account July 3rd putting me into overdraft and unable to pay my bills and I can't even get a return call for them to correct it.The sad part is I'm on Disability and Noone will correct this or even return my calls or respond to my messages. Now I'm with Progressive Insurance and saving over $150.00 a month. I've learned Agent's are only out for their fee which is over 50% of your payments. DON'T USE AGENT'S PEOPLE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. They are only concerned with collecting their fee. Seriously. Call Progressive and watch how much you SAVE. SADLY I'M NOW $287.54 in Overdraft and unable to finish paying my Bills and buying Groceries. Thanks State Farm for ILLEGALLY taking my money and not having the Decency to contact me or even Immediately returning my MONEY."
